Our new Strata theme system was designed from the ground up to be uniquely assertive without sacrificing clarity or style. Vibrant color accents, modernist type and intersectional layering frame a distinctive, uniquely adaptive editorial grid designed to maximize clarity and minimize distraction. The balance of striking color & clean, modern type thrust your photos and narrative content to center stage while maintaining unity, order, and cohesiveness throughout your entire presentation. Photo-layout masters feature the signature layered style, along with a mix of bleed, inset and shaped-image layouts, giving you a wide range of options for media placement that can blend with - or stand apart from - the surrounding content.

The included layouts – from traditional text-oriented content slides to photo-driven editorial layout styles – feature crisp, modern type set in an intuitive, multi-tier hierarchy that's designed to maximize clarity & minimize distraction. The accompanying chart styles include a pair of Light / Dark mono-step palettes, along with a tonal Neutral option perfect for making callout/contrast charts. Supplemental Materials are built directly into the theme file, making it a snap to reference color or style information at any time during the authoring process. And the entire Strata framework is optimized for everything the modern Keynote architecture offers, including a a full suite of color, type and table styles that make it a snap to tailor your presentation to your individual taste with absolute consistency.

The Slides

The Strata themes includes 56 core master slides — a mix of traditional, editorial & image-driven layouts in the signature Strata style. Along with the basic content and photo layouts present in any Keynote 9.x-10.x theme, Strata also includes an expanded selection of general-purpose content-oriented masters, including Percentage Compare & Contrast, Comparison Matrices, Quotations, Bio and Agenda slides, along with multiple styles of image layouts offering you tremendous flexibility from the start. Supplemental Materials are integrated directly into the theme, making it a snap to reference color chips and formatting tips at any time during the authoring process, whether you're on desktop or mobile. And the accompanying chart fills pop with a crisp, colorful style - including a pair of Light / Dark Spectrum palettes, along with a tonal Greyscale style perfect for Callout/Contrast charts.

The Big Picture: Strata HD

Strata HD, available in the Pro Edition, expands the style into HD format with aspect-optimized widescreen versions of the Strata themes, so you can take advantage of the clean simplicity of an iMac, a Mac-driven Cinema Display, or an HD Monitor or Projector as target presentation platforms without the "dead space" associated with running traditional 4:3 presentations on an HD display.  Whether attached to an HD display or projecting to an HD-equipped room, your presentation will take full advantage of every inch, custom-tailored to intelligently adapt the Strata aesthetic to the larger footprint of HD.

Can't imagine leaving your favorite portable device out of your work-flow? The Strata themes are fully compatible with Keynote for iOS and iCloud, so you can transfer a presentation using the Strata themes to your iPad, iPhone or iCloud Drive for playback or editing with no updates or special workarounds required. And Strata is iOS Direct-Install enabled, so you can install the Strata themes directly onto your mobile device from your KeynotePro Account to author new presentations on the go. Keynote for iOS is a beautiful way to engage your audience in a tactile way, and the Strata style remains just as stunning at arm's length as it is projected on the big screen.
